What's your turnaround time like?

My standard script deadline is usually 5:00pm MST. If I receive your script by the deadline, completed product will be delivered by the start of your next business day at the latest.. Whenever possible, I strive for same evening service.

How will you deliver my project if I use your services?

Vocalpoint is totally digital and since all my product is created digitally and delivered digitally, my preferred method of delivery is via the Internet. This method is convenient, immediate and for you - free. 99.99% of all my client files are actually delivered via email. If your final product is too cumbersome for a typical email, I will simply upload your material to my FTP server and send you the link to download the product. For the very biggest projects, it is no problem to burn the project to DVD-ROM and deliver it to you via Fedex Express Overnight.

Can Vocalpoint provide complete production for my project including music, effects etc?

Generally, I provide dry voiceover services only. Since most producers want maximum flexibility when assembling their projects - I have chosen to provide the best possible voiceover for the price, and let the production elements come together at your end. However - if you are completely sold on working with me and do not have a producer at your disposal - I have several great producers that I work with and together I am sure we can provide you with a full scale production project that more than meets your expectations. Does Vocalpoint use ISDN or other patch technology to allow me to listen to my spot while it's being recorded?

From my home studio facilities, I deliver all voice and digital media product exclusively via secure, high speed DSL (email, FTP) or optical storage (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM) at this time. If you require a real-time audition or would like to guide me through a read for your particular project - I do have third party facilities at my disposal with ISDN or phone patch capability.

What if there is a problem with my finished audio or I change my mind on something after receiving the final product?

I strive to provide as much flexibility (within reason) for every project I undertake. I try to keep the redo fees to a minimum and most of the time, provide additional changes for free. If the project feels like it is going off the rails because too many changes are being considered, I will let you know where you stand and how to minimize additional costs with better preparation. If a mistake slips into your finished product from my end, of course I will resend new product to you at no charge until you are absolutely satisfied. If the mistake is due to a typo, a copy problem or some other unplanned change at your end, my regular redo fees will apply.

What if I want to sample your services to see if you are the right fit for my project?

Vocalpoint is very keen on building relationships and I totally understand that an offsite voiceover from a person you have never met can be kind of weird. So to give you a better idea of what I am all about, I would be happy to offer any new prospect one (1) complimentary free electronic demo. Just email your script (up to 15 seconds) with any relevant details (pronunciation etc..), and I will voice it and send it back to you via MP3 over the Internet. Use it as a working trial to play for your team or as an audition for a client you are working with. I would hope that this demo would be a great way for you to sample my services with no obligation or charge.
